Logitech V470 cordless laser mouse for notebooks with Bluetooth technology allows people to connect directly to Bluetooth enabled notebooks without an external receiver. The built-in Bluetooth receiver gives a consistent 30-foot range, and virtually interference-free operation. There is a slight delay when the computer starts for bluetooth to recognize the mouse, but this is negligible.
It even has a tilt scroll wheel, capable of both horizontal and vertical scrolling, and even zooming in and out of photos, Photoshop, etc. To scroll horizontally, you simply push the scroll wheel left or right until the wheel clicks.
Usually computer mice are grey or black, but the Logitech V470 comes in two flavors: blue and white. We are simply fascinated by the blue shade of this mouse and the white is very Mac friendly. Apart from this, this mouse is a bit smaller and lighter than regular computer mice, as it is designed to be used with notebooks and netbooks.
It is powered by a pair of AA batteries, which can last up to four months and has an indicator to let you know when it’s finally time to change batteries. There is a little ON/OFF switch on the bottom which is nice for quickly stowing the mouse away and preventing battery drainage.
