However, until now, most netbooks were designed in the same way – power inefficient Intel Atom, unattractive case, and outdated operating systems.

Recent advances in both architecture and design has resulted in a innovative device that works as both a netbook and a standalone tablet thanks to a detachable keyboard and a 3D touchscreen user interface. These touchscreen netbooks make the innovation and technology that is offered by netbooks even more powerful than it was in the first place.
<table
align="right" width="300" height="250" border="0"cellpadding="5">

What sets the touchscreen netbooks apart from the normal netbooks is their swiveling screen, which can even lie flat and users can directly interact with the computer simply using a fingertip in addition to a mouse or keyboard. With a flat screen you can take notes on the screen instead on a piece of paper and then with special software transform your virtual handwriting into digital text. This feature will be useful in taking notes during conferences or lectures. It is also very useful to browse the internet on the go as using finger to scroll and select elements is definitely more precise and easier than using a mouse.

These computers can cost anywhere from $200 to even $600 or more, depending on the technology and the level of specifications that you choose. If you’re in the market for a touchscreen netbook, the chances are good that you’ll end up paying the higher prices as opposed to someone who is buying a more basic model.

You can buy a touchscreen netbook anywhere that computers are sold, for the most part. You can find them online, at electronics stores, big-box retailers, and even through local cell phone companies like Verizon Wireless and others so that you don’t even have to worry about getting an internet connection after you’ve made your purchase. Keep in mind that these micro-computers are designed to be simple and effective for connectivity on the go, and aren’t going to offer all the great things that you’d get from a typical desktop or laptop computer.

In addition, touchscreen netbook options are limited because this technology is very new and not exceedingly popular among the masses. However, when you take the time to check them out, you’ll realize that they are a great investment, especially considering the deals that you can get on them. Many different brands manufacture these computers, and you need to take the time to check out your options before you buy. That way, you can ensure that you get the best touchscreen netbook or other portable netbook that suits your needs. Keep these things in mind when you’re shopping for your new netbook and you’ll likely find what you need in no time at all.

<span

Surprisingly, the next ‘big thing’ is actually quite small. The newest trend sweeping the globe is the netbook. This is a smaller version of a laptop that usually has a 10 inch screen or smaller. They’re affordably priced and ideally designed for web browsing on the go. They don’t offer much in the way of performance or programs. After all, they’re not designed to replace a computer, but to offer a convenient way to access the internet or files while you’re on the go.

Since netbooks are small and you might think it’s alright to toss them in any old bag. This is not a wise decision as the netbook is going to get attacked by all of the other items that you carry. In order to protect your expensive purchase, you should find netbook sleeves that suit your tastes and protect your precious piece of equipment.

Netbooks have been around for a while now, but these stylish netbook sleeves are just becoming more popular as people realize the need to protect their investments. You don’t really need a special or separate bag for these micro-computers like you do with a laptop, which is why sleeves are so popular. They fit your netbook snugly and protect it from any and all elements that it might encounter in transport and use. Not to mention that they can make your netbook look super-cute or cooler than ever. It doesn’t matter what your style is, because there are many different netbook sleeves to choose from.

These sleeves are usually made of synthetic materials and come in a variety of styles and designs to make you a proud netbook owner no matter what your style might be.

Neoprene and polyester mixes are the two most popular choices for materials when it comes to netbook sleeves. Some people like the look and feel of neoprene, which is a soft rubber-like material that hugs your netbook with care. Others prefer the stylish designs that can be found in polyester and other synthetic netbook sleeves, making them the perfect choice for any stylish traveler. If you have the HP mini, you might want to be careful, because many users report trouble finding a stylish sleeve to fit the widescreen of this particular model. All in all, as long as you shop around, you should have no trouble finding the perfect netbook sleeves for your new toy at prices that you can love.

You can find many companies that make these sleeves and you can choose from a variety of colors, designs, and styles to suit your exact tastes, no matter how simple or spectacular they may be.

Case Logic LNEO-10 Ultraportable Neoprene Notebook Sleeve (Black)<br

The goal of the netbook, after all, is to offer a more effective and affordable solution to mobile connectivity than larger, more expensive laptops and small, ineffective smart phone devices. If you take the time to check out all the different options that you have, you’ll have no trouble finding cheap netbooks to suit your every need.

Sometimes, it’s not all about the price. Sure, it can be helpful to find netbooks that are affordable, but the cheap netbooks that you find might not be all that they are cracked up to be. For example, you might very well spend a little more money than you wanted on a netbook, but the chances are good that you’ll get a better system that you’ll love even more than you would have loved the cheap one. Make sure that you take the time to check out all the different netbook options that you have, because you should never buy one based on price alone. Especially considering that most of these micro-computers are priced under $500, you can guarantee that it’ll be cheaper than any other computer purchase by a long shot.

Shop online for the best deals and the most convenient comparison shopping. That way, you can see exactly what you’ve got to choose from before you even dream of walking into a store filled with anxious salespeople waiting to shove anything down your throat just to make a sale. Who knows, you might even wind up getting the netbook that you want online by browsing cheap netbooks and finding a great deal that’s unbeatable by any store in your area. Sometimes, the internet has the best deals on cheap netbooks, simply because it costs less to sell things online. However, there are times when stores run specials that trump the internet deals, so make sure that you’re shopping around.

Finding cheap netbooks isn’t just about finding the lowest price available. If that’s all you want, you’ll have a definite limit on what you’re getting for the money because you don’t take the time to check out the specs. Instead, try comparing the different models with each other to find which one has the most features for the best price. You’ll come out successful every single time.

How to Find Netbook Deals Online

Netbook Buying Tips

Netbook Deal

Netbook Deals

online Netbook Deals
<guid

They offer everything that you could want and need in a portable computer, including ultra-portability with screens that are no bigger than 12 inches and most weighing less than 5 pounds. These computers are the next generation of innovative technology, and can be very useful to anyone who needs quick, easy computing on the go.

With so many companies competing to release the latest and greatest netbooks, it’s no wonder that people are struggling to find the <a

Fortunately, you don’t have to look very far to find the best of the best in netbooks. There is something for everyone, as long as you know what you’re looking for.
<table

It doesn’t matter if the technical specifications make your head spin or if you’re actually able to make sense of them, because they’re all pretty standard. You basically just need to compare the prices of the different models and look up reviews to see which ones the technology junkies and websites are promoting or touting as the best netbooks. If you get someone else’s professional opinion on which ones are the best, you can go out and find great netbook deals without even having to know or care what the details of the system are.

The main problem that people face when it comes to buying computers is making sense of all of the technical jargon and specifications. Therefore, if you take that out of the equation by utilizing the reviews and information that you can find online, you’ll be much better able to get the <a

You can find just about anything that you’re looking for, including a variety of online stores that specialize in providing the lowest prices and best deals on netbooks and other technology. Amongst the online shopping websites, <a

You can search products that you want to buy and you will see tons of results to choose from.

It doesn’t matter where you look or what you’re looking for, because there’s something out there for everyone, and netbook deals are not hard to find online. Just take the time to do a little research and figure out what your options are. All you have to do is review, compare and select one that best suits your needs, and you’ll be successful in your hunt in no time at all.

Top Netbooks – What You Should Know

Netbook Buying Tips

Best Netbooks

Top Netbooks
<guid

The encryption is always on, but it is completely transparent to the user until a password is enabled via Buffalo’s SecureLockWare. Once the password is enabled, it MUST be provided to access the data. If you do not use the password and remove the drive from the enclosure, the data will still be encrypted and inaccessible outside of the Metro’s chassis.

The Metro HD-PXTU2 comes with TurboPC for Windows which will increase file transfer rate up to 2X over standard USB hard drive. It also has an autobackup Utility application which helps with backing up your data.

The Buffalo MiniStation comes formatted as a FAT32 drive – which allows the drive to work with Windows, Linux and the Mac, but carries a 4GB file-size limit. You’ll want to use the Disk Formatter software to change the file system to NTFS to backup large files, such as Outlook PST file.

The hard drive touts a rubberized chassis and BumperBody shock absorbers that surround the hard drive inside, defending it from damage due to an incidental knock or a hard drop. The integrated Flex Connect USB cable wraps around and snaps to the chassis for pack-and-go portability – never search for a USB cable again.

No power supply is required when utilizing the USB port and all Metro HD-PXTU2 hard drives are compatible with Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista and Win 7) and Mac OS X 10.1.5 or above.

MiniStation Metro is offered in three chic colors to match any style: Blue Onyx, Ruby Red, and Pearl White.

General Thoughts

The Buffalo MiniStation Metro HD-PXTU2 portable hard drive is an excellent bus powered drive that delivers great speed and easy to use backup software. The only drawback is you won’t be able to use it as a drive to boot from. There is a virtual CD built into the flash which cannot be removed or disabled. This interferes with the boot process. It’s not a problem at all if you want to use the drive just as a drive to copy things to and from. Users who care more about style than speed may still find the MiniStation Metro compelling due to it’s impressive shock protective abilities, and the convenient, captive cable design.

<span
