The Samsung Go N315 is an upgrade to the previous N310 model, and features an almost identical chassis and design, including the rubberized finish and much of the same hardware. The new GO N315 struts with a matt finish so you don’t have to worry about the smudges and finger prints that may linger on your netbook.
The new Samsung Go N315 comes with better graphics thanks to the Intel GMA 3150 and a better processor, the Intel Atom N450. This should see both a boost in performance, and more critically battery life, over its sibling.
The GO N315 has a 10.1-inch a matte LED display screen with a native resolution of 1024 x 600 and 1.5Wx2 stereo speakers with SRS sound effect. Samsung also equipped this notebook with a pebble style keyboard instead of the chiclet type so you can avoid typo errors.
As for the memory you get 1 gigabyte of RAM while for the HDD you get 250 gigabyte. The rest of the specs are pretty standard for a netbook.
The Samsung Go N315 comes pre-installed with a useful desktop newspaper application named Times Reader 2.0 from New York Times, and Windows 7 Starter as the operative system.
The 2.71lbs Samsung N315 has a 4-cell battery which should provide 4.5 hours of battery life.
